Since publishing The Clarity Papers a year ago, my business has really changed.
My traditional core is in greater demand, as you would expect:
- Clients who want me to come in and lead their teams to greater clarity and better results, whether strategic planning, solving complex problems, or increasing the team’s ability to work together honestly and effectively.
- Executive coaching clients who work with me one-on-one as their trusted advisor to unlock their insights, challenge their assumptions, and enhance their ability to manage the host of decisions and situations they face with greater confidence and integrity.
- Keynote addresses that transform audiences into fans of clarity.
What’s new:
What’s new is the incredible number of emerging leaders who want to learn how to create clarity themselves. They want to be able to apply the concepts and techniques described in The Clarity Papers. They’ve caught on to the power of clarity, have quickly embraced techniques like Destination Verbs and SOARing through Decisions, and want to master those techniques and many, many more to become stronger, more effective leaders who can accomplish more faster.
Some of these emerging leaders seized the opportunity and became coaching clients. It’s great! I love working with them and they are learning amazingly quickly!
However, there are more emerging leaders than hours in my day. Thus, I am considering providing a group offering of some kind. It would likely include a combination of group coaching calls, one-on-one calls, online or email instruction, and maybe even one or two group meetings face-to-face. The duration could be three to six months, maybe more, depending on what we want to achieve. I’d screen the applicants carefully in order to assemble non-competing participants with compatible objectives.
If you read my book or ask my traditional core clients and you will know the first step of clarity involves understanding what you want to accomplish! So instead of me guessing with a random offering, I want to know what you want to learn and how you would like to change!
- Are you one of those emerging leaders?
- Can you see how the power of clarity could accelerate your professional development and make you a more confident and effective leader?
If so, click the button to let me know! No obligation. No big survey. No annoying phone calls. But I will ask more questions later.
Click now! I want to be sure my long-time readers get first crack at any new offerings, so please let me know that you would like to be kept in the loop.
